Interfaith Social Justice Seder
Members of NCJW Cleveland and New Life at Calvary Church in Cleveland joined forces to partake in a social justice-themed seder March 31 at the home of Cheryl and Jack Miller. Many of the 18 attendees first came together in August as part of Open Table, which used a national model to build a “community of hope” for a young adult they jointly mentored. They used the seder to teach about Jewish traditions and address prejudice and poverty issues.
