Write an op-ed or LTE to #CloseTheCamps
Engage the media, your community, and Members of Congress by sharing your thoughts in your local or national paper via an opinion editorial (op-ed) or letter to the editor (LTE). Keep it short and write from your own voice about why this issue is so important and/or why it impacts your community. Use NCJW’s #CloseTheCamps Talking Points to help write your piece, and see below for a sample LTE and op-ed.
Here are NCJW resources to help you write an op-ed or LTE:

Email Stephanie Cohen at scohen@ncjw.org to let NCJW know if you op-ed or LTE is published. You can also contact Stephanie if you need help writing or submitting your piece.
